One Day Live Intensive on Oct. 19
with Carolyn Freyer-Jones, M.A.

the one day intensive, pre-requisite is attending the 1 day
Maybe you are making millions, or maybe you are just starting your professional life.
Maybe you are a stay-at-home mother or a single, child-free woman.
Maybe you have enormous external accomplishments - or very few.
Maybe you run a large corporation, or maybe you are the receptionist in a small business.
Maybe you are called to make a significant income, or maybe you are intentionally earning and living on less.
NONE OF THIS MATTERS . . .
HERE’S WHAT DOES MATTERS (from my point of view) - TAKE NOTE
Leadership (and our relationship to it) is at a critical point in our world.
The time has come to understand that leadership has nothing to do with title, position, or perceived authority. The time has come to do the work to shatter the glass ceiling where it really exists.
Inside of us.
Waiting for the world to treat us differently, waiting for a certain title, a certain level of pay or some type of validation from somewhere outside of us is not going to serve us. Waiting for permission to do what is so clearly calling to us doesn’t serve either. It doesn’t serve in our professional lives, in our families, and in our communities.
This program is designed for women to take a deep dive into the territory where the greatest opportunities exist for us in our growth and transformation as leaders: the inner terrain.

This program is for you if:
-
You read this and know it’s no longer ok to keep waiting to strengthen who you are as a leader.
-
You are willing to say goodbye to the story that leadership is dependent on a title or a perceived level of authority given to us by someone outside of us.
-
You are willing to develop a NEW story and step into new practices and ways of being that demonstrates your leadership from the inside out.
Are you:
- a corporate leader?
- a small business owner?
- a leader in your field?
- a creative professional who has more to share?
- a leader in your personal life?
Are you:
-
a mother who hasn't yet owned that you are a leader in your family?
-
volunteering in your community?
-
an aspiring professional who sees themselves becoming a leader?
-
a business owner who sees an opportunity for greater leadership in your work with clients?
Whether you already identify yourself as a leader or are just beginning to, join us. This is a highly experiential program for women in leadership positions and aspiring female leaders everywhere - in corporations, in families, in small businesses, in communities.

Starting Now
Complete the Self-Mastery for Women Leadership Questionnaire
Take 10 or 15 minutes to answer the following questions in writing. No need to overthink your answers – just jot down whatever responses come to mind.
• Have I taken the time to define what leadership means to me?
• On a scale of 1-10, how willing am I to say no in my professional and personal life?
• On a scale of 1-10, how willing am I to say yes in my professional and personal life if it’s related to something I am not completely confident in or don’t know if I can “do”?
• Do I at times downplay my leadership, and/or my calling to lead, as a way to make others more comfortable?
• Is serving as a leader something I thought about as a child or teenager?
• Do I have female leadership in my professional or personal life right now that inspires me?
• Do I cultivate women with more experience than I have as mentors or coaches in my life?
• To what extent is my life a place of expansion, freedom, and growth?
• Do I identify myself as a leader in my life regardless of title or position?
• As a leader is it acceptable to make mistakes or not have answers?
• How often do I make it ok when someone is doing or saying something that doesn't work for me?
• How willing am I to negotiate on my own behalf (e.g., for more money, responsibility, flexibility)?
• Do I consider women who are choosing to be home with children leaders?
• Can I be a leader in my life regardless of whether I have children or make significant money?
• On a scale of 1-10, how willing am I to share feedback with someone who may experience it as challenging?
• How often do I present new ideas and strategies in my professional life or in my marriage?
• How often am I jealous or uncomfortable when other women are advancing in their professional or personal lives?
• Do I regularly find myself frustrated, angry, upset or resentful in my professional life/with others in my work? What situations tend to trigger this?
• Do I champion other women and encourage them in their leadership?
• On a scale of 1-10, how would I rate myself as an effective, creative, inspiring leader?
Some of your answers may be empowering. Some may be upsetting. Some may leave you feeling ambivalent. All of this is good news... if you see yourself as willing to grow in your capacity to lead.
